2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Has Green on the Mind

Ask ten different people and you’ll get ten different answers as to what their vehicle means to them. For some, it’s just a means of transportation. For others, it’s all about power, speed, and handling. However, for a rapidly growing minority of people, it’s about efficiency, range and reliability. These are the major focus points for the new Sonata Hybrid.

First available in 2011, the newest Sonata Hybrid has evolved into a serious hybrid contender. Borrowing most of its looks from its gasoline counterpart, the Hybrid has lived up to its name through aerodynamic redesigning. Subtle details have been added which reduce vehicle drag. A new front fascia and grille are present, as well as energy-saving LED lights.

Step inside the sedan and you’ll be surprised to find an environment that is not restricted by efficiency needs. Look up and be greeted by a giant panoramic sunroof. Find comfort in the heated leather front seats. Also comes with dual-zone climate control, a rearview camera, navigation and a pleasing 400W sound system.

Despite its premium appearance, hints of efficiency can be found throughout the Sonata Hybrid’s interior. Hyundai has excelled in maximizing interior and trunk space. The vehicle feels considerably larger once inside. A considerable amount of space has been given to each passenger space to ensure comfort for all occupants.
